I have IIH by Bardon before now.

Seconding the suggestion of Robert Bruce’s Astral Dynamics. He made smashing revised edition a few eld back, and it is excellent significant improvement - make break you get the new one.

Note: It isn’t a magic game park, per se. But the necessaries of energy work and eternal projection techniques he describes bear witness to both easy to grasp obtain valuable.
